何泓良，东南大学青年首席教授，博士生导师，国家级青年人才。主要从事纳米药物设计工作，长期致力于利用纳米技术围绕血管疾病（如动脉粥样硬化、血栓等）构建精准治疗新技术和新方法。近年来主持承担国家自然科学青年基金、南京市留学人员科技创新项目，作为课题骨干参与国家重点研发计划。在 Science Advances, ACS Nano, Advanced Science，Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release等发表论文40余篇。曾获美国心脏协会博士后研究基金资助，获美国心脏协会Young Investigator Travel Award。担任教育部、科技部及多省科研项目通讯评审专家，同时任Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Biomaterials等国际期刊审稿人。任《Nano Research》、《Nano Materials Science》、《Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences》、《National Science Open》等期刊青年编委。
